    "We regret that the ticket holders have not received refunds for the concert scheduled November 27, 1999 at The Alabama Theater. It was cancelled because the promoter had not met his contractual obligations and secured the necessary eqiupment for the concert to take place. None of the artists wanted the cancellation. We are currently investigating the situation and trying to track down the promoter. We apologize for any inconvienence this has caused.
